Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Late or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us.
If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After this window, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
